Janitorial Technician (Evening Shift) – Subcontractor

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday evenings (2.5–3 hours per shift)
Job Summary
ANB Cleaning Services LLC is hiring Janitorial Technicians to support evening cleaning operations at a clean, well‑maintained facility in Burke Centre, VA. This is a subcontractor role ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
• Perform low and high dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms
• Remove trash and replace liners
• Vacuum carpets and floors
• Mop or spot‑mop floors
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned area
Schedule & Hours
• Days: Saturday & Sunday
• Start Time: After 7:30 PM or 8:00 PM
• Shift Length: 2.5–3 hours
• Flexibility required — if an area is in use, you may start in another section and return later
Compensation
• $15.00 per hour
• Paid as a subcontractor
Requirements
• At least 1 year of janitorial experience
• One professional reference required
• Reliable transportation (no public transit for this shift)
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and reliability

Training Provided
All new subcontractors will complete a one‑week on‑site training (or longer if needed) to ensure readiness and comfort with the building layout and expectations.
